for Independent Living and as an attorney and adjunct faculty member at the Western Law Center for Disability Rights at Loyola
Law School. He currently maintains a private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with an emphasis on disability benefits
cases, including Social Security disability (SSDI and SSI) and private disability (short term disability (std) and
long term disability (ltd); ERISA and non-ERISA). He has prepared seminar materials on disability benefits, presented on disability
benefits to other attorneys, and written numerous articles on disability benefits and disability rights. He currently serves
as a Board Member for the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute.
