of Oberlin College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (admitted in 1993)
and has been a practicing attorney since 1986. He has worked as the Advocacy Coordinator for the Westside Center for Independent
Living and as an attorney and adjunct faculty member at the Western Law Center for Disability Rights at Loyola Law School.
He currently maintains a private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with an emphasis on disability benefits cases, including
Social Security disability and private disability cases. He has prepared seminar materials on disability benefits, presented
on disability benefits to other attorneys, and written numerous articles on disability benefits and disability rights for
Connections Magazine and the Massachusetts Bar Association Section Review. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Massachusetts
Law Reform Institute.
